Licence Renewal 🔑

Renewing PilotAware can be done in three ways.

‍Renewing from an email;

Step 1;

Approximately two weeks before the expiry of the PilotAware unit, a licence key renewal email will be sent to the licence holder. It will have the subject 'Reminder - Your Software Key Renewal' and will be sent from 'support@pilotaware.com'.

Step 2;

Included in this email is a unique link which directs you to licencing site. Once clicked, the site will populate your details so all that is required is payment for the next years licence key. Please confirm that the name, email address and MAC address have been populated correctly and accept the T's and C's of the PilotAware SLA.

Step 3;

Once the payment has been made, a new licence key will be generated.

Step 4;

See 'Activating Rosetta' for instructions on inserting a licence key.

‍Renewing from pilotaware.lode.co.uk;

Step 1;

Visit the webpage https://pilotaware.lode.co.uk/renew.php

Step 2;

Enter the 'MAC Address' of the PilotAware unit you wish to update. The MAC Address is a 12 digit number 'B827EB******'.
‍

Step 3;

If entered correctly, the site will automatically populate the licence renewal page. Please confirm that the name, email address and MAC Address have been populated correctly and accept the terms and conditions of the PilotAware SLA.

Step 4;

Once the payment has been made, a new licence key will be generated.

Step 5;

‍Request a licence key from PilotAware;

‍

If a unique licence key is requested, we at PilotAware will need to generate the key.
Please email support@pilotaware.com if a custom licence key is required.
